Thank you for dining at LakeSideGrove Pizzeria. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers.
Returns
You have 30 minutes from receiving your order to inspect our products and notify us if any item is unsatisfactory. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us at lakesidegrove.sbs or +44 20 7946 0958. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how to send your item back to our pizzeria at 43 Bedford Street, Westminster, London, United Kingdom, WC2E 9HA. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., an incorrect or defective item). Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we’ll refund you via the original method of payment. Refunds may take some time to process due to bank processing times; hence, please allow up to a certain number of days for the transaction.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, follow the refund process for the return and then place a new order for the replacement product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 5 minutes of placing the order. Unfortunately, due to the quick turnaround of our orders, any cancellation requests after this period cannot always be processed.
