From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'LakeSideGrove Pizzeria had a humble vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Rossi family embarked on this journey in 1985, launching a quaint, family-owned restaurant with time-treasured recipes passing through generations.
Marco Rossi, the originator, mastered the art of pizza crafting during her sojourns across Italy, receiving mentorship from reputed pizza artisans in Naples—the cradle of pizza. On her return to the UK, her ambition was to recreate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old traditions and selecting only the best ingredients.
Originating as a cozy venue with only 12 seats, we've evolved into a cherished pillar of the community. Nonetheless, our dedication to authenticity and high quality endures. We continue practicing wood-fired oven baking, produce our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the finest produce available.
Current-day 'LakeSideGrove Pizzeria is still kept within the family, steered by the Rossi lineage's second generation to lead our enthusiastic squad. Even though we've adopted some modern changes, our core ethos remains untouched: making sumptuous, true-to-roots pizza that unites people.
